How To Disable Comments On Status & Mood

Spatzle

a plate of simple execution. When I desire to eat something delicate, do the spatzle, the doses that I have are perfect, the recipe was given to me by a dear friend, Fernanda, I read on fb. To do so we must obtain the specific tool, easily available in shops with items for the kitchen.

ingredients:

dose for 4

  • 300 gr.
  • flour 300 gr.
  • spinach 2 eggs
  • nutmeg 2 cups milk
  • salt
After being cooked, chop the spinach well drained in a blender, add the flour in bowl, eggs, milk, grated nutmeg , and a little salt. To mix well, I use the immersion blender. The dough should be firm. Refrigerate for at least an hour. For cooking, use the same procedure of potato gnocchi.


Sprinkle with diced ham and cream and parmesan cheese.
