Diet or no diet, this is the problem!
Spring is here and with it the desire to get fit ... why days ago, just to keep light, I decided to have dinner with salad ... Pity then that the greedy part of me took over and a light dinner that was outstanding at the end, this took the quest'insalata not say is like a plate of lasagna light but light is not ... or at least I think ...
The combination of flavors is one of my favorite is the fruit, which I find very good with the salty bacon and there's (the British one, not the bacon), which gives that extra touch "Inglese" so that I like.

Here's what I put:
Ingredients (for 2 / 3 persons)
a small plant iceberg lettuce
1 Granny Smith apple
100 grams of Emmental or similar
6 slices of bacon
10 radishes
salt
oil
Proceed as for a simple salad (you can also put the apple with the skin, provided that they are well washed!). Add the diced cheese. Really hot a sticky pan (I use the text Romagna) and the bacon and toast on the plate (I like crunchy!), No need to add oil, just that the bacon. Do it in small pieces and add to salad. Dress as you like e. .. GOOD DIET!
