Acid Reflux In Puppies

(similar) baking croissants rustic ... Part 2

The idea of \u200b\u200bmaking rustic cornettini for Easter breakfast I had it for a while ' but I did not know how ... Having Sunday mixed in large doses, I thought, with the remainder of the bread dough, and roll to try to straighten it mo 'croissant ... Let's say the result is not quite like this but overall, I would say that I could really do it for breakfast on Easter ...

In preparation, I simply stretched the dough for the bread in a layer of about 0.5 cm, then I cut the triangles, in the middle I put a slice of salami and a piece of pecorino (just to stay light!) and I've rolled up starting from the base of the triangle. I then left the
cornettini to rise for an hour and I cooked them (in cold oven) at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

Oovoo Doestn Detect Camera

Foggia Pizza (yeast Part 1) Mini

Put on a Saturday afternoon with your boyfriend nailed in front of the television to see (and from?) The game ...
Go into the kitchen and you drop your eye on the yeast, that if you do not hurry to use it will go bad ... quick check of the basic ingredients and you're off: lievitino! What will happen then he is a problem that will face tomorrow!

For lievitino:
20 g of yeast

200 cl of warm water 1 teaspoon sugar to taste

manitoba flour
Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and gradually add the flour and knead. The mixture should be soft, almost liquid.
Let stand a few hours in a warm place.
Well, my lievitino waited all night, Sunday morning I divided into two: one part for prepared sweet and one for salt, and I had to mess it all afternoon!

The first creation was this Foggia pizza (yes, the call of the homeland can not resist!), As good as simple to prepare.

Ingredients:
bread dough (see post)

plum tomatoes extra virgin olive oil salt

oregano garlic

is moving ahead with the preparation of dough, in my opinion for these preparations do not need to follow dose: If the lievitino is active, you can also do some 'extra dough and freeze it for when maybe you would not have much time ... The only advice, I think, is to spare no use flour because if the amount of yeast is too much compared to the flour, then you feel the flavor. I would say that for a loaf of yeast 500 grams of flour is the least ...
So, take the dough, add water warm flour (I always use the Manitoba preparations for rising) and salt and knead for a long time (which I relaxes me !!!). The mix this time should not be too soft, must be able to mix with your hands on the board and not stick to hands too. It is then a ball, it affects a cross and left to rise for at least one hour or until doubled in volume. When the dough has risen, it quickly reshuffle and is ready for all the uses to which we turn!
For the pizza, spread a layer of pasta of about 1.5 / 2 cm and a well-oiled baking pan. Take the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, toss with oil, salt, oregano and minced garlic and distribute "Face down" sull'impasto pressing lightly. Dress with a little olive oil, oregano and more salt and let it rise for another hour.
When the pizza is grown, bake (a cold oven) at 200 ° C for 20 minutes (depending on oven)

I think this pizza is its summer!

What's The Best Gun Cleaning Kit

E 'for recipes like this that I decided to start this blog ...
When I want to do something new in the kitchen, the first thing I do is a ride on the network to see the different recipes and variations, but then, almost always, I take note and then I find myself biting my hands because I can not belittling ...
for these sandwiches, which I must say are very good and soft, the basic recipe I got it here, then I added sesame seeds and I cooked them empty, then fill as normal mini-sandwiches. Last year I made tons for a drink at the bar of my companion, but then, over the summer, had gone a bit 'on the back burner ...
The picture is just last year, is one of the many photos that I have done over the years waiting for a decision and create my own blog:)
I hope you'll enjoy it!

Ingredients:
550 gr.
manitoba flour 250 gr.
milk 50 gr.
olive oil 30 gr.
sugar 10 gr.
salt 1 cube yeast
+ 1 egg yolk for brushing
sesame seeds

Put the flour into a bowl large enough, add oil, sugar, yeast dissolved in lukewarm milk and knead for a long time until the dough is smooth (the dough is the maximum power, save yourself a lot of effort and the result is better!). Add salt and knead a little more ', and mix it (please, add the salt at the end because it seems to create problems for the rise), cover with a clean cloth and let rise in a place away from drafts, preferably mild, at least for an hour or until the dough has doubled.
At this point, knead again briefly and roll into balls. Sprinkle the surface with egg yolk and sesame seeds. Let rise again for half an hour and bake at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes (always best to check, is highly dependent on the cooking oven that uses!)

Wedding Sparkler Sayings

sesame bun with crispy bacon salad full of vegetables Thai Curry

Diet or no diet, this is the problem!
Spring is here and with it the desire to get fit ... why days ago, just to keep light, I decided to have dinner with salad ... Pity then that the greedy part of me took over and a light dinner that was outstanding at the end, this took the quest'insalata not say is like a plate of lasagna light but light is not ... or at least I think ...
The combination of flavors is one of my favorite is the fruit, which I find very good with the salty bacon and there's (the British one, not the bacon), which gives that extra touch "Inglese" so that I like.
free course open to interpretation, for example, there WOULD BE fine nuts or sunflower seeds (they say to do well because they contain many valuable nutrients) and I think you can not miss a splash of balsamic vinegar that I made to make the photos for fear of ruining the composition!

Here's what I put:

Ingredients (for 2 / 3 persons)
a small plant iceberg lettuce
1 Granny Smith apple
100 grams of Emmental or similar
6 slices of bacon
10 radishes
salt
oil

Proceed as for a simple salad (you can also put the apple with the skin, provided that they are well washed!). Add the diced cheese. Really hot a sticky pan (I use the text Romagna) and the bacon and toast on the plate (I like crunchy!), No need to add oil, just that the bacon. Do it in small pieces and add to salad. Dress as you like e. .. GOOD DIET!

Alabama Football Themed Birthday Party

not you ever, sometimes, to have a craving for exotic food, spicy and satisfying?
fingerprint Thai and learned from a friend in a different part of the world, this recipe is very easy to prepare, healthy and tasty!
it takes to prepare, in varying proportions (according to your taste):
Ingredients:
potatoes carrots onions
cabbage Sicilian
curry powder
coconut milk (do not take the variant cake!)
extra virgin olive oil salt

Clean and cut the vegetables into pieces roughly the same size. Bring to boiling salted water and boil separately and for a few minutes the vegetables except onions. A tip for Save time: carrots, potatoes and cabbage together you can boil them (about 6-7 minutes) but you should add the okra which needs a maximum of 3 minutes of cooking, otherwise when you go in the pan completely discarded without a trace!
Drain the vegetables and set aside. In a pan heat a little 'extra virgin olive oil and fry the onion for a few minutes. United all the vegetables and do not fry too high for 10 minutes scarce.
Add the curry powder and coconut milk (for the doses regulator sampling, is a matter of taste, but rest assured that the coconut milk has a delicate flavor!), Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 20 minutes (When the potatoes are cooked, you cooked it!).

You can eat this curry with what you want: fish fillet, chicken, shrimp ... well, what you like! Here I've cooked grouper fillets in the same pan in which I prepared the curry, adding only a little oil, so that insaporisse slightly. I then boiled in a bit part 'of basmati rice to accompany ...

Nikon Prostaff Vs Riflehunter

cream and raspberry sorbet Vanilla

I've never made panna cotta except with the preparation that you buy at the supermarket thinking who knows what trouble hiding this recipe ... well, I discovered that make the cream cooked with the traditional method is easier (and cheaper) ... but why did not anyone ever tell him?
That last night was just a review of key journal in traditional panna cotta cheesecake, the addition of the raspberries was completely random (they were on sale!) But they are just things that happen to be those that give us more satisfaction, no? Here's what I've done:

Ingredients (serves 4)
500 ml fresh cream 250 gr sugar
(150 for the cream, 100 for raspberries)
3 sheets gelatin (approximately 5 gr)
vanilla
4 digestive biscuits type
a knob of butter
frozen raspberries

First of all, soak in cold water until the gelatin softens nn (about 10 minutes)
In a saucepan pour the cream, vanilla, sugar and put on the heat (be careful because you should not boil). When you have reached the right temperature, remove from heat, add the squeezed gelatine leaves and stir well to dissolve completely.
Take the biscuits and cut it into crumbs, add a knob of melted butter and mix well. Put the mixture of cookies on the bottom of 4 individual molds (or large if you prefer) and compacted well with a spoon. Then pour in the cream, fill up the molds.
For the raspberry sorbet I simply shake the blender with the raspberries (still frozen) and sugar that ... mmm good!
Keep the panna cotta in the fridge for at least 3 hours and served with sorbet:)
